Of particular value is Pamela's experience of conducting regulatory inspections when Head of GCP Inspection, Compliance and Enforcement for the UK regulatory authority, which encompassed work with the FDA, Japanese authority and the EMEA as well as establishing the voluntary GCP inspection programme for the UK.

Pamela has over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including monitoring, data entry, statistics, project management , auditing and quality management.

As a graduate of University College, London, Pamela also holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Science from the University of Wales together with a postgraduate Certificate of Education from the University of London.  She is a Fellow, past Treasurer and former Director of BARQA, and a member of the Institute of Clinical Research (ICR).

Co-director is John Nickols, a graduate of Southampton University who is a lawyer [non-practising], holds the Diploma in Research Quality Assurance and is a former Chairman of the UK Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and a Member of BARQA.
